Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Wei-Jen is a bilingual Chinese-Mandarin and English actress based in the U.S. After earning a B.A. in Theatre Performance from San Francisco State University, she has worked across film, theatre, and commercials.​

Her film credits include Josephine (Roku), Ming (Amazon TV), Charlie and Charlie II, and This Is Not a Test (Roku). Theatre credits include Salt, Pepper, Ketchup and Clay Street, Chinatown (SF Bay Area Theatre Company). She has appeared in commercials for Indeed, Meta, Cisco, Adobe, Google, and more.

Wei-Jen has earned multiple awards, including Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress (Mind Field Film Festival) and Best Actress (Clout Film Festival). Her script for Ming was nominated for Best Script at the London India Film Festival.
